General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your description this might be related to Liver and gall bladder disease

If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin,CBC, Liver function test and an ultrasound for liver gall bladder and pancreas

In my opinion you should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
Have lots of fluids
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and dietary supplements.

Thanks for your question, please write back to me with your age and complete medical history so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.

Best wishes
