What Causes Abdominal Pain Radiating To The Back?

I m feeling very sick in my stomach , I have pains throughout my belly. It s been happening for 3 hours now, The pain was going into my back also For the past 3 days I haven t been going to the toilet like I usually do but today my Bowles have improved and I ve been going properly I m fearful of vomiting , I finished my period on the 18th of last month, could this pain be me overlating ?

it can be due to urinary tract infection, most probably due to renal calculus which is radiating towards back. Also, it can be due to constipation. Take Tab norfloxacin and Tab dicycomine, Drink plenty of water.
