What Causes Abdominal Pain, Sore Breast And White Vaginal Discharge?

ive been having abdominal pain sore breast and feel sick all the time I took a pregnancy test it shows negative so I don t know what else it can be ive also been having a lot of mucus coming out for about a week its clear and sticky sometimes I have to wear a pad so it wont get every where I know to much info but I don t know what else to think on what it could be and I also feel heavy and the pain comes and goes

This can be vaginal infection. Take an antibiotic for 3 days and consult a gynecologist for written prescription.
