Hi there. I am a 27 year old male. I am experiencing lower left abdominal pain more towards the pelvic area. It started about 3 days ago and since then have not gotten better. The pain sometimes spread to my back as well. No vomiting only nauseas at times.

Hi Thanks for posting your query. There are certain causes for left lower abdominal pain . It could be due to infection of gut stones in kidney or ureter urinary infection prostatitis . I advise you to get Ultrasound abdomen pelvis and urine routine tests and revert back with reports .
