What Causes Abdominal Pain Upon Bending Down?

For about a year I have had a weird symptom ---- about 6 times when I bend over a certain way ------ in my upper colon area. A sudden cramping that with a little rubbing goes away in seconds. On both right and left side but most of the times on the right.
