What Causes Abdominal Pain Upon Intake Of Food?

Lately, when I drink juice without additional food, I get a stomach ache and feel queasy. It reminds me of when I get heart palpitations, but I don t always feel them when I drink juice. Could it be caused by the juice? What could be the connection?

Hi,

Your gastric pain has no relation to juice drinking. The pain after drinking juice or any food could be due to some peptic ulcer. For that antacid like rabeprazole can be prescribed.

If no improvement than USG scan can be planned for further work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
