What Causes Abdominal Pain, Vomiting And Spasms?
2 days ago I woke up with abdominal pain and vomiting. The vomiting lasted that day. Now my stomach still hurts. It feels like spasms every 5 minutes and I am only able to dribble a little bit when I try to urinate. I have not peed a full stream since Friday.
