Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain during menstruation and inability to conceive are the symptoms of endometriosis. It is associated with severe pain during menstruation, painful intercourse and inability to conceive due to distorted structures. Itching on the vagina is due to vaginal infection. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including ultrasound, vaginal smear examination and laparoscopy, if needed, and get appropriate treatment.
