What Causes Abdominal Pain , Vomiting , Constipation And Fatigue?

I have had upper left quadrant pain,vomiting,constipation,fatigue,severe weight loss over 70 pounds In 6 months,headache,loss of appetite,severe belching,pain increases upon eating,dizziness,headaches for 8 months. Ct scan,blood work normal, having an edg in two weeks. No one has been able to give me a diagnosis, I m beggining to lose hope In ever not feeling sick..please help

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
You have a classical history suggestive of the obstructing lesion which can be a polyp or ulcer or stricture or a Cancer in the splenic flexture, that is the left upper area of the large bowel called colon.
Since you have undergone many tests, the most important test of Colonoscopy and biopsy is not done at all.
This is the most important investigations which will give you the diagnosis and the plan for treatment.
