What Causes Abdominal Pain When Cord In Testicle If Pulled?

Hi, I am 32 year old male. About a week ago i was doing a routine testicle check and started to also feel the cords which come from the testicles i gently squeezed one of these cords and got a sharp pain in my right abdomen this lasted through the night but was gone by the morning. Today i was exercising and i had the same sensation in my abdomen but it isn't constant just off and on also when i pull gently on my right testicle i get the same sensation in the abdomen. Any idea what this could be?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted in your query.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
Your current health issues seem to be due to -Traumatic swelling post-testicle check lately.
But in view of its persistence over last 1 week with recurrence, I would suggest Consultation with Surgeon and Urologist if needed.
The trauma seems to be either more or you have accompanied other cause, which you need to verify with USG of scrotum and Color doppler if need be.
Already congested testes from inflammation / or from Congestion from Varicocele or with accompanied Sigmoid colitis, only could lead to such a delayed perpetual effect post testicle check trauma.
Hence Other causes-as cited above- need to be ruled out,by verification with Physician.

Do's-
Consult with Surgeon/ Urologist who would investigate history and physically examine to fix the cause of perpetual /recurring abdomen and testicle pain.
Get USG of inguino-scrotal area and Colour Doppler study of the testes.
Start Anti-inflammatory.
and Supplementary vitamins.

This would resolve the complaints of your's.

Constant follow-up with local family or specialist Urologist /Surgeon
for long term would give you long remissions of such pains in time to come, which would depend on meticulous follow-up treatment of your health concerns.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
For early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your complex health issues.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
