What Causes Abdominal Pain When Suffering From PCOS?

I am having PCOS and I am 34 and my husband is 37.i have 8 years kid. Last 6 months back had abortion, on that time used ovofer100mg, Now I am used simphene100mg, now I have 13 th day, last 3 days onwards I am suffering from obdonimal Pain.what happend I don t know, what to do now.give me any suggestions. Hi,

You have taken high dose clomiphene citrate that creates multiple ovulations & more than one immature ovums in ovary get increased in size to ovulate. This causes pain in abdomen in prod. You can take over the counter pain pills (Ibuprofen) to get some relief but do not massage or foment. Consult your doctor in case pain is too much.
