What Causes Abdominal Pain With A Lump Below Belly Bottom?

i have abdominal pain and there is a hard lump on the left side that runs from under the belly button to the side 6 or 7 inches long they have found diverticulosis and polips but nothing will show up on ct scan it is very painful when touched and when fecies passes through that area what could it be

This can be due to divertivulitis and the inflamed part gets stuck to the abdominal wall.
You need investigations like entroclysis, colonoscopy , diagnostic laparoscopy and need to undergo definite surgical treatment as this is a recurrent problem.
You need to get admitted , get intravenous fluids, antibiotics and surgery at an appropriate time.
