What Causes Abdominal Pain With Bloating And No Periods?

Hi, im 27 years old and my obgyne diagnose me with PCOS, so I've taking provera every month to regulate my menstruation. I started last month and I had my period after 9 days from the last day of taking provera, and took provera again for 10 cd last month, and until now, still no period. The result of my PT is negative, and im having pain in my lower abdomen and feeling blooted all the time. What could this be?
