What Causes Abdominal Pain With Change Of Weather?

Hello, My son immune system is very weak. Whenever there is a change of weather, he would easily get the flu. It is accompanied by pain in the stomach especially if he s active e.g walking. When we bring him to a doctor, they will just give him medication for his cough and some antibiotics. My question is, is it normal for him to have stomach pain whenever he have the flu? If not, what are the possible condition or sickness it indicates? Thank you.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset.

As per your history it seems to me that you want a relationship between viral flu and stomach pain.

As such there is no such relation but if the pain is related to post of medication that may be the side effects of antibiotics and the analgesics which he must be prescribed during the flu. Because both these drugs cause gastric upset.

Sometimes the flu causes dehydration and generalized body aches if these are the symptoms than there is nothing to worry.

In case there is particular stomach pain you need to visit a Gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
