What Causes Abdominal Pain With Diarrhea And Soft Stools?

Hi, I'm debating whether to go into an urgent care or the er (I recently moved to where I am now and do not have a family physician yet). I have had moderate to severe abdominal pain (gnawing aching pain) that is more on the right and middle upper quadrant but at times aches on the left upper side. I was thinking maybe it's an ulcer but nothing seems to help (I'm taking OTC prilosec), I have been eating low acidic foods, very bland eating. I've also been having diarrhea or very soft stools since the abd. pain started. I'm worried it's my gallbladder (I'm 24F), my mother and sister both had their GB out when they were 19-20yrs old. I'd just hate to go in and it turn out to be nothing??? Any suggestions?

Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that you might be having intestinal colic with gastro-intestinal infection.
Take Meftal spas or Cyclopam as needed for pain.
Go for one course of ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine for 3 days.
Take light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
