Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. If you had a follow up sonogram after the check curettage and if no more products were detected in the uterus, this pain you are currently experiencing is likely to be due to instrumentation during the procedure. Uterine involution causes a cramping pain. If there is no relief with simple analgesics, please report to your health care provider for further management. The rare possibility of uterine perforation also should be borne in mind. Please do not use narcotics until the diagnosis is established. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
