What Causes Abdominal Pain With Nausea And Excessive Salivation?

Hi I was just wondering if you could give me a answer I have been getting belly cramps and back pains, I keep feeling like I am going to be sick I keep craving weird foods, I have alot off saliva around my mouth all the time lately which is unusual and I keep wanting to go pee.

Hello,

Most probably it will be severe gastritis secondary to acid reflux.

As a first line management, you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.
