What Causes Abdominal Pain With Negative Pregnancy Test?

I am a 24 year old female and have had a achey pain on the left side of my abdomen for several months now. I have had blood work and a ultra sound done and all come back normal. Now just recently I am 3 weeks late and I have taken 3 pregnancy tests all coming back negative. Any ideas?

hello..
there are numerous causes for pain in left abdomen apart from pregnancy.
i think it could be a spasmodic pain. wait for some time. you can take tablet spasmoproxyvon for it. it will reduce the pain. if it reduces, you will be perfectly alright. if it persists, then you can undergo investigations again...
