What Causes Abdominal Pain With Rectal Bleeding?

Hi, sorry to trouble you, but following many months of excess heartburn and stomach pains, cramps, severe stitch like pain, my sides feeling like I ve been punched in the kidneys and sleeping 2-3 times a day (2-3hrs each time), I now have rectal bleeding over the last 3 days (bright red) not itchy and joint pain in my legs. Not hemmaroids as my partner had them years ago and know the signs.. I have had my appendix out, but sometimes the pain feels just like that.

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms that you have could be due to hyperacidity and some time this may be associated with intestinal infection in my opinion this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day for five weeks, Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for 7 days" hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
