General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I think you are suffering from some infection which has to be investigated. Given the symptoms of fever and pain abdomen, it should be colitis, urinary tract infection or something else.
Kindly get a routine blood tests and urine test.
Go back to your GP with the reports to find out the reason. If nothing is conclusive you may need an ultra sound scan.
Prophylactic antibiotics and anti spasmodics should help you.
I find this answer helpful
