What Causes Abdominal Pain?

I'm having horrible pain in my lower abdominal, very low...and when I have to go pee the pain escalates, & I have to push & push so hard to get it out. I also have a rectal prolapse, & when I wipe, there's also a lot of blood...any suggestions to help me?

Hello!

I read your question and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to an urinary infection and hemorrhoids.

I recommend you to perform a routine blood test, an urine analysis, an abdominal ultrasound.

I would also advise you to consult with the proctologist for the rectal prolapse, to examine better the region for hemorrhoids and prescribe the proper treatment.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Iliri
