What Causes Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I am a 19 year old female and for the past 2 weeks, I have been having stomach issues. The pain is mainly in my left upper abdomen and it's sharp and happens suddenly. Also, my stool has been either green or there is a lot of mucous mixed with blood in it. I am going to see a gastroenterologist tomorrow, but I was just wondering if you had any idea what it might be? Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, given symptom of pain may suggestive of some intestinal infection, viral infection may be very likely, you have to be patience for days because this would be alright on its own, as you are going to see the gastroenterologist so this would be helpful you for discussion, take care.
