What Causes Abdominal Pain?

I have pressure down on my lower stomach that hurts when I push to use the restroom, cough and even if I have been standing for a few minutes I can feel pressure and pain in my bottem stomach area. I look on a chart and it seems to be in the girlie area.

Hi dear, welcome to health care magic
Lower abdominal pain on strain may be a early feature of hernia especially when it is associated with a swelling in the loin on coughing or straining. You need a surgeon's opinion.
Than you
