What Causes Abdominal Pain, frequent Urination With Odour Which Looks Dark Orangish?

I m 14 and I ve had some problems lately , I went to the doctor about 3-4 weeks ago to check for a UTI or yeast infection because I was having itching inside my vagina and a strong smell from my pee , my pee was a dark orangish yellow color and it was cloudy , I felt like I needed to pee more frequently and then I only peed a little , ever since that I ve been peeing more often and it s about the same amount every time , my period is expected to start in 1-2 days , my boobs are really sore and I m moody , I m extremely tired (the past two weeks I ve been doing volleyball tryouts and school started two days ago so that may be the cause) I m constipated and gassy plus I m having abdominal pain which I m sure is from the constipation , I m on birth control(pill) and I take it between 4pm and 9pm every day and my boyfriend and I have sex just about every weekend , the last time we had sex was last night , in the mornings I feel nauseated and my stomach hurts a lot to where I feel like I m going to throw up , I ve had two pregnancy tests taken at the doctors office in the past 3 months and each came back negative , the last one that was done was taken when I went to the doctor to check for a UTI or track infection so about 3-4 weeks ago , whats going on???

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. You seem to be experiencing vaginitis associated with urinary tract infection. You need proper evaluation through a cervical and vaginal swab, urinalysis and a sonogram of the abdomen. You should also abstain until you are healed well. Treatment of the infection should be complete and follow up done for six months with prophylaxis. Use of barrier method of contraception helps to prevent such infections. Your partner also should be examined and treated if necessary. The abdominal discomfort could be secondary to the infection and can be relieved with fiber diet, antacid etc. It can also be a premenstrual symptom. Hope this helps.
