Hello dear Understand your concern Abdominal pain occur due to side effects of abortion pills as it cause uterine contraction. It will disappear after 4-5 days as abortion process is complete.
Back ace is also side effects and remain for 4-5 days. Take proper rest with leg rise by putting below leg. Tablet mefal spas and diclofenac will help you. Take healthy diet with iron and multi vitamins. Apply warm pad over abdomen. If pain continue after 7 days you should consult the doctor. After 14 days USG should be done to confirm incomplete abortion Hope this may hope you Thanks and regards Dr. Sagar
