I have serious fatigue and my stomach has been killing me for about a month now. My head hurts and my hands are always clammy ad cold. I shake and im never warm, i have trouble sleeping. I am very sore and weak and i keep losing wieght even though i get alot.
Hi. Thanks for your query and an elucidate history. . It is a month and you have such a problem of fatigue and pain in abdomen. You also have an headache and clammy cold hands. I would advise you to have a clinical examination and investigations as advised by your Physician. The probable reasons can be Enteric fever, tuberculosis of abdomen , Enterocolitis and so on. You need the investigations of the blood, urine and stool along with Ultrasonography of the abdomen and the CT scan if need be.
A proper diagnosis alone can lead to a proper treatment.
