What Causes Abdominal Pressure When Diagnosed With Hernia?

I went to the hospital for another reason when they did an x-ray doctor told me I had a hernia, it was not bothing me then but know when I bend to tie my shoes or paint my toe nails it hurt some and I feel pressure down at the bottom right side of my stomach. what should I do?

Hello,

If you are asymptomatic and there is no obvious swelling or bulge. No definite treatment is needed. Avoid excessive straining and coughing. Avoid weight lifting.
