General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Even after eradicating H pylori, the symptoms of gastritis and reflux may not go if you do not take all the necessary measures to prevent.Gastritis and oesophageal reflux always give pain/pressure in abdomen or chest that radiate to the back and neck.I feel it is the same problem but this time, might not be due to H pylori since already eradicated. However, a control test is necessary as recurrence is possible.I will advise you take an anti-secretory like omeprazole, avoid staying hungry for long, drink enough water always, avoid peper and food with much green spices.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
