General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
pain in lower abdomen after intercourse might be related to infection or PID (Pelvic inflammatory disease), Kidney disease or gastrointestinal disorders.

In my opinion you should go for an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out presence of fluids in cul de sac space or kidney stone or hydronephrosis.

I would also advise you for urine culture and vaginal swab culture to rule out infection.

Meanwhile have plenty of fluids, drink lots of water and fruits juices which will help by flushing off the urogenital tract.
You can take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine if you are having Acid reflux or bloating.

Multivitamin and calcium supplements are advisable.

Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
