What Causes Abdominal Swelling And Lower Back Pain?

Hello .my name is Shirley I am a 40 year old women mother off 4 ..for three year now I been having very many diifernt signs.. Abdomal swelling to the point the top half off my stomach under my great get so hard its look inflated on my left side under breast on rib lower part area fills like a knot...lower back hurt to point it affect my bending ...my left foot will swell ...hand both hand hurt and left swells...every morning I can almost bet I have to vomet before I go anywhere ..... Looking for answered scared and not sure what it is or todo

Hi,

You need a thorough clinical assessment and investigation by a Physician.

Since predominant symptom is related to the abdomen, as initial work-up a USG (Ultrasonography) abdomen is advised.
