What Causes Abdominal Tightness And Pain When Diagnosed With Fatty Liver?

I ve had two incidents where my upper abdomen tightened up and was very painful. The pain went all the way to my mid back. It lasted for 10-15 minutes. My doctor did a scan and said it wasn t my bladder or pancreas, but I did have a fatty liver. The pain is still there, mostly on my upper right side of my stomach. What else could it be?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms are indicative of hyperacidity and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
