What does all this mean. Im sorry didnt know there was a fee i am laid off just try to avoid the stress test . I had one in my early 30s i just cant find the results Back then there was nothing wrong with my heart Thankyou Jeniene
Hello. Welcome to HCM. I have read your question and understand your concerns. RBBB pattern(Right bundle branch block) is there in your ecg when there is rsr' pattern. It is usually not related with any major effects on heart or health overall. So don't worry about it. Sometimes it is related with ischaemia also(reduced blood supply).
Inferior wall (lower part) of heart in your ecg suggest lower blood supply, which is not yet confirmatory. So overall it seems that your heart might have impaired blood supply.
So kindly ho for trademill stress test or stress echo study to rule out ischaemia. If this tests are normal then you don't need to worry regarding this ecg changes.
Thank you Have a nice day.
