What Causes Abnormal And Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

Okay I have been having abnormal discharges colors & odor ( colors white liquid type , yellow & smells fishy & another Im not sure what it smells like ) I had my period 2 time this month ( Earlier like around the July 2 - 4 & July 27-now ) & I also have pain when i pee & down there in the right side not sure what its called but it hurts badly . I told my mother about it & she though it might have been a yeast infection & brought me AZO pills . I only been taking them for 3 day & nothing helped but the irratation when i pee . I only had sex with 1 person & I didnt start having these symptoms till like the 4 /5 time we did it . The 5 time did it the I seen blood a day after then i started my period till now . Im Not sure what to do , this never happened to me .

Hello,

The symptoms are more consistent with infective causes like yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Consult a gynecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.
As of now you can use clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
