What Causes Abnormal Behaviour In A Person Along With Hallucinations?

Dear Respected Doc, Now a days I am facing very uncertain issues from my Mrs health. She is 28 year old and from some days not more than 2 weeks she is saying, she watching some spiritual faces that talk with her, beat her, call him to come up stairs on roof, try stay out from family members. Initially I did not give attention but later my family members start complaining of strange behavior. Please help me come out this situation. She has some mentally issues like weakness at neck muscle, suddenly eyes weakness and forget the things that she saidbto me a daybefor. Waiting for your reply.

I do suspect either depression or schizophrenia or possibly both. Please do let me know if there are any such symptoms (probably undiagnosed) or diagnosed family members with psychiatric disorders or mental health issues, and if so this would most probably be the case. She will require the help of a psychiatrist so please do not delay that any further.
