What Causes Abnormal Bleeding And Abdominal Discomfort Post Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage 9 days ago. I almost completely stopped bleeding, but I woke up this morning and quite a bit came out. I have had sex a few times and also last night. I am also feeling some pressure around my right ovary area. This is a feeling that I have had before close to around the time of my period.
