What Causes Abnormal Bleeding And Discharge With Pelvic Pain?

I am 24yrs old and I have had an abnormal discharge and bleeding since August of 2009 and with it I have also been having severe pelvic pain and no one can seem to figure out what is wrong. It is keeping me from having a normal sex life and a normal love life and I dont want children and I've asked for a hysterectomy because I am so depressed about how this is effecting my life. What should I do?
