What Causes Abnormal Bleeding And Weight Gain?

hi, doc , i m priyanka, 22 years old girl , last year when i came here i have very weierd problem . i cam in feb 2010 and my internal discharge and bleeding countinouse for 6 months after then it stop for 2 months hardly then again it start now its again from last 7 month my browny discharge doesn;t stop and spot blood coming from my vagina . and i m gaining weight as well , lazyness and i have hair loss problem also but thats from very long time . pls suggest me which medicine should i take.
