What Causes Abnormal Bowels Along With Bloating And Loss Of Appetite?

I have severe Gastro problems and many conditions have been ruled out, my Gastro believes it to be IBS with food complications. I suffer abnormal bowel movements, bloating, appetite loss, vomit, chronic nausea, I lost about 34% of my body weight but have been able to gain some of it back. I have little responsiveness to conventional medications although Colofac/ Mebeverine helps with bloating only and strong anti emetics help for nausea and Omeprazole helps my Acid Reflux. Yet I have localised thickening of the terminal ileum as diagnosed on a Colonoscopy. Yet there is no Cancer s detected, no Celiacs detected and no Crohns detected. The only test my doctor has yet to perform on me is a Barium Meal X Ray and Genetic testing. All else has been done.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is IBS then more less this is functional condition, and this could cause hyperacidity, if all the test are unremarkable then this is nothing to worry, try to low down stress level, in my opinion you should continue, "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Tab Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at the time of evening, for at least six week, better stop worrying about this, hope this information helps, take care.
