What Causes Abnormal Breathing And Insomnia?

Hello, I have been uncontrollably clenching my hands, and have been dealing with odd breathing patterns, as well as increased daydreaming, and trouble sleeping. Is there anything specific that this is likely linked to? I know I deal with quite a bit of stress.
