What Causes Abnormal Fluid Discharge From The Scrotum?

Liquid is dicharging from scrotum. No bumps and blisters. A little sensitive but no inflammation. I have tried many creams including clotrimazole + clobetasol, ketoconazole but doesn t improve the condition. Only Terbinafine + Mometason furate cream stopped the fluid but scrotum is still reddish after a month use. As my doctor changed the cream to clotrimazole+ ketoconazole fluid again start discharging. I am really worried about this and thinking to change my doctor. Please help me.
