What Causes Abnormal Head Movements In A Child?

My six year old little girl has been tilting her head forward quickly like she is nodding yes but is not doing it on purpose. Only noticed in 2 days ago. I have made an appointment with my pediatrician for about ten days out but should I go to the ER? I s this concerning enough? No other symptoms noticed. Perfectly healthy otherwise. worried what it could be.
