What Causes Abnormal Heartbeats?
I have noticed that my heart beats a couple of times and then it seems to skip a beat then beats a couple times and skips again. I have been under a lot of stress lately and am on anxiety meds for a few years. What do you think, could the stress be causing this?

Yes, it may be due to stress anxiety, so get your blood pressure checked and undergo ECG.
For anxiety, take proper medication, and for rapid heartbeat, you may need beta-blocker drug such as Metoprolol in low dose.
Start deep breathing exercise when under stress and practice meditation as it has a calming effect on the body.
