What Causes Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding And Abdominal Cramps?

Hi doctor .This is megha ,Im a 25 years . I have a severe lower abdominal pain while my menstrual period .Its acute pain . I did intercourse with my boyfriend for almost 10 times and I did have i -Pills almost times now.Its very high Bleeding.....and with lots of clots...Pls Help

Read the history and understood your problem.
You have an acute and severe pain in the lower abdomen. This is occurring while you are having menstrual period.
Read the history of several intercourse and i-pills, this changes the hormonal balance severely.
This has caused the clots.

I would advise you to consult the Gynecologist ASAP so that you can take an appropriate treatment.
Do not take i-pills in future as it will cause a permanent hormonal imbalance.
