Hello,
I can understand your concern. First of all, a protected sexual intercourse about a month ago cannot have any effect on your health right now. A little lighter menstrual period once is also not a reason to worry about. So we are ruling those incidences out!
Your primary complaints are increased appetite, mood changes, excessive
fatigue and
frequent urination.
Stomach cramps might be related t your excessive appetite and excessive eating. Sometimes stomach is not able to digest everything given to it once and cramps while doing its work.
I would advise you to go for blood tests to determine level of thyroid hormones in your body. It seems that you are having
hypothyroidism as a reason of your problems. If it is, consultation with your physician or
endocrinologist can start you on the medicines for the disorder. Treatment of the disorder can cure all the symptoms along with getting regular menstrual cycles.
If thyroid is not the problem, a physical examination by the physician and further investigations can rule out presence of any disorder present.
I hope this information helps. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.
Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
