What Causes Abnormal Menstruation After Child Birth?

I have been having periods every two weeks since I gave birth and I m ebf but I missed a period I also started norethidrone 0.35 on January 15 and got a period on 19th its been more than 2 weeks and no period like am use to and I have taken 5 pregnancy test all negative

I really appreciate your concern, of curse this is not the pregnancy but such irregular period is common in post partum period or if you are taking dome hormone preparation, it is advisable to get done the ultrasonography test just rule out certain possibilities, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
