What Causes Abnormal Movement In Abdomen?

Hi ive been feeling movement in my belly, ive had 3 children so well awear of pregnantcy movements. Ive done 6 pregnantcy tests over the last 3 weeks and all say negative i currently have the rod in my arm aswell.. what could the movement possibly be?

THe movement could be normal bowel movements.
Since all tests are negative, it is definitely not pregnancy .
