Hello ma'am and welcome.

Have you had sexual intercourse recently? Been on any medications? Taken birth control? Or emergency contraceptive medications? Under a lot of stress? Diagnosed with any medical conditions? Any recent or ongoing infections?

The answers to all these are possible contributive factors to your presentation and so I would advise you to visit your doctor to discuss these things elaborately. In the meantime, do not panic and conduct a home pregnancy test if at all you have been sexually active lately, conduct the test using an early morning urine sample.

Best wishes.
