What Causes Abnormal Sensations In Chest While Exercising And Fatigue?

Several times (3 to 4 times) during the week, I will feel something happening in the center of my chest, and I will feel slightly unstable for about 15 to 20 seconds. It can happen when I am doing nothing and when I am exercising. I also feel very tired recently (last 3 weeks).

it can be gastritis or coronary problem. take omiprazol tablet and unienzyme. take ECG and withreport consult cardiologist for examination and and advise on treatment it can be conduction problem.
