What Causes Abnormal Sensations In The Brain?

HI sometimes when I m lying in my bed doing nothing my brain starts doing kinda strange thing its like white noise in my head i can kinda hear my all my thoughts racing in my head and as i said its like i have white noise in my head. During these episodes i can t move. Sorry if it wasn t very well explained it is quite hard to describe.
