Hey, in the last week i've been only able to get to sleep in the early hours of the morning. Then normally waking up at 11am. Is there a reason for this? Its now starting to affect my sleeping patterns which's making me miss some of my university lectures

Hello Your sleep patterns are causing interference in your studies. First, you should fix a bedtime routine and follow it strictly. Take a glass of warm milk every night before going to bed. Ensure good exposure to daylight to restore your normal sleep rhythm. Avoid tea coffee alcohol at bedtime, if you take. Donot lie on your bed idly for teadin or watchibg tv.
